My EE mobile is linked to my parent's account

I'm trying to report a fault on my landline, but because I used my mobile to report a fault on my parents landline previously, it keeps logging as a fault on their line. How do I fix this?

I did yes, it said we've matched you to an account (doesn't say which one) etc etc. I only found out when the engineer turned up at my parents. I have tried again, but put my phone number in the initial message. Hopefully this time it has worked, as I just got an email, from BT re a problem, to my own email account. Thanks.

How are you using your mobile to report a fault on your landline?  Have you texted PHONE to 66033?
