Tonight my EE Smart Hub is not recognising itself and is masquerading as my (old) BT hub.

Have to put in its name & pw.

What is happening?

@Nitonboy You must have selected to do the easy transfer, that is what it does, takes the old name/ password and puts it on you EE Router.

Set up your EE Home Broadband Hub | Broadband help | EE

Reset button on the router, called factory reset. will put it to the OOB settings. Keep fiddling you better learn how to use the HELP above.

@Nitonboy  You’ll have to factory reset it,  this will put it back to how you got it out of the box.    There is a small hole on the router it’s got reset next to it.  With it powered on push a pin in it and hold it there for around 30 seconds this will factory reset it.
