I moved from BT broadband months ago. I already had an EE mobile account. I *still* have separate accounts for each. I still can’t merge them. When is this going to be sorted????? I tried messaging through the app last night but as of your latest app update when I now try to access the app I’m repeatedly asked to set up PIN , Face ID etc and messaging now won’t load at all. This is all pretty dreadful IMO.

Are you able to access both of your accounts now, separately? Hopefully you'll be able to merge those accounts soon.
