Moving from BT to EE

We upgraded from BT to EE three weeks ago, to be told that every package would be moved over (Sky Sports/TNT sports). The channels have been cancelled and now been told that they were never moved over, they can’t add via telephone and I have to go to an EE store. Ridiculous.

I am sorry to see that this wasn't set up at the same time that you moved.

It may be quicker if you go into a store however I could look into this for you within the next 5 working days either to see if I can add it.
