Hi all, just wondering if anyone has had issues with moving address, even if the openreach box is up and fully functional? We moved to a new build house 2 weeks ago, openreach box on and lights both green, rang EE to move address, said they got an error on their end and would contact me when resolved. 2 weeks later, no return phone call and still no broadband or TV at the new address, has anyone had similar?

@JordanH1995 Do not know of anyone specific, but have heard that when the fibre done and before the ISP takes over, a mismatch in details can become a huge problem. You may have to purse with CS to find out what is happening so would give them a call.

It’s awful. Been given the most awful excuse of their service being down even after it’s back up and running from their website..,
but it’s ok, he wanted me to place a new order and renew the contract at a higher price and he could do that, but couldn’t process a home move.
Totally lost confidence in EE now. Going to try call tomorrow and hope I reach a more competent cs agent than the chap that I’ve been dealing with. If they can’t get it sorted, I’ll go with another provider and cancel EE fully.
