MOBILE PHONE ON EE NETWORK IS WORKING GOOD AT MOMENT

IM NOW HAVEING MAGER PROBLEMS WITH INTERNET KEEPS CUTTING OUT

I WAS PROMISED FULL FIBRE 900  FULL SPEED IVE RAN SEVERAL SPEED TESTS ON DIVERENT APPS SHOWING

75 GPS

ITS BLOODY RIDICULOUS

I WAS A BT CUSTOMER FOR 7 YEARS IF I HAD ANY PROBS IDE RING THEM EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM OVER PHONE

IT WOULD GET SORTED

IM NOT HAPPY WITH EE SERVICE AT ALL

THINK ILL GO BACK TO BT .......

You'd posted in the mobile networks section of the forum but your issue seems to be with fixed line services - I've moved your post to the broadband section where that expertise tends to look for posts.

@Dan7779 How and what way are you testing your speed on the home broadband FF900 service. Would be helpful to know what equipment that you use also?

@Dan7779   you have posted the same message on other threads since October last year, but failed to respond to all advice given.

Suggest you try the following:

Contact us about your broadband and landline

Call us

Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm
Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm

 
From your EE mobile
