Hi guys,
just upgraded my package with bt and I’ve been migrated to EE.
i want know, due to having 30+ devices connected including hard to reach ring cameras, is there a way to port over my settings without re assigning each device manually?
I was told on the initial order I would be fine to use my smart hub 2, but then told different this morning, that I need to use the hub plus.
i was also told if I booked an engineer after the order completed he would set up everything inc cameras but I’m suspicious!

There should be way thro' the app for the SH+ to inherit the SSID settings of the BT SH2.

It’s very easy to do. I did it recently and was very sceptical to begin with. You go in to the settings of the old router or take the details from the ID sticker for network name and password. Set the new router up as normal log in to it and find the area that allows you to change the network name and password. It’s in the advanced settings area. Change both those to mirror the old network name and password exactly as they appeared as they are case sensitive. Then when you reboot the router all of the previously connected devices auto connect. I had to unplug Alexa to get her to connect as it threw a hissy fit.

@Aaron224 : That's just doing it manually in the obvious way. There is an option in the app to automate it.
