Loss of connection

I have recently changed broadband providers and currently using EE mobile but my JVC TV no longer connects to wifi ever since. Anyone has any idea of what I can do to restore this. 

I have tried to hotspot abd still couldnt connect

Any ideas what else I could do

@Amy304  how old is your TV, and can it see and connect to your new EE mobile WiFi?

Are you using a phone as a hotspot, or do you have an EE mobile service?

Hi @Amy304 

Try settings your SSID and password to the same settings to the tv last connected wifi settings. 

Alternatively go into your tv settings and factory reset.

Thank you for responding,  my TV is about 3years now.

It can see the EEnetwork but can't connect when I input the password,  I have also tried to hotspot with my phone and it simply won't connect

Secondly,  I tried to do the reset but couldn't find the factory reset bottom on the TV
