Loss of broadband

broadband connection completely lost for  5 days, called for help once or twice a day. Guides advise openreach engineer needed but unable to book and don’t know why. I’m stuck. Any advice where to go next would be much appreciated.

If  it is a neighbourhood issue, you could keep an eye on Check service in your area  to see when any faults are being attended to in your local area. You may also Report a Problem there.
