I just want to click a live chat option on the app, please don't reply with it's on the help section, I've clicked every single link for help, including the I'm thinking of leaving tab and not a single link for live chat to be found, I would normally ring but the sim card they sold me has zero service for the 3 months I've had the sim, so phone calls aren't available, I have a seriously important problem that needs fixing and there's zero help available

There's no Live Chat for Fixed Home BB. Hence you won't find it in app.

However you talk of a SIM. Is this query relating to a mobile BB router? If so, you should be able to get Live Chat providing it's on contract.
