Line is good but no internet

Have a legacy gfast connection which has been rock solid for years.
attempting to transfer to a new ee line but openreach are having software issues.

At the same time my gfast router has apparently failed flashes then goes solid yellow. Got a replacement router but it’s doing exactly the same thing.

openreach have been out and can’t find a line fault and EE can’t find a line fault.

i suspect whatever openreach are doing in the background has caused a hidden fault.

anyone got any ideas thoughts for my next Openreach engineer visit on Monday

@TheDarylSharp What is the attempting to transfer to a new line with EE? G,Fast although still remaining in some areas is not an easy transition to new.

What BB are you attempting to transfer to, Full Fibre (FTTP) or partial Fibre (FTTC)? It won't be G.Fast as EE no longer sells new G.Fast lines.

I presume your current router is the white EE Smart Router.
