Limiting Bandwidth and Speed

Hello I don't know if I'm complicated my setup I'm based in the UK with  900mbps with router and digital phone line (EE) I have to use the isp router for the phone line to work. I installed a switch to limit the speed some devices can get like 100mbps for firestck ps5 and 100mbps to a separate bridge router 2.4ghz for my security cameras and doorbell.

i use the EE Superhub plus for my mobile devices and laptops who can handle WPA3.

Am I better off without the switch that limits to 100mbps am I actually saving bandwidth by not giving them gig connection each

@FAM0422UK You are better to use the switch and keep the router up at the 1Gb/s nic sync.

@FAM0422UK   if it works for you then why not.

That said, I doubt you are actually saving any bandwidth. The PS5 may well go better with the full Gb, but the other devices are going to fine on 100Mbps.
