Limit Upload/Download speeds for a device

Hi,

I have a WiFi 6 Smart Hub at home.

Is there a way I can limit the download and/or upload speeds for a device on the network?
I have recently acquired a vehicle that I've connected to the network so it downloads updates overnight, but have noticed it affects the network and I am dropping packets. After I disconnected it a few weeks ago it's been back to normal. I believe due to the amount of upload the vehicle is doing, that causes the issue.

So I want to limit the upload speed. Is that possible?
I've looked around the admin portal on the hub but can't find a setting like that 😕

@Vankax There is nothing in the EE Smarthub+ to allow that type of control, but is it a Wireless or Ethernet connected device.?

It is a wireless connected device. A vehicle that I park on the drive when I get home from work.

@Vankax Would check how strong the wireless signal is reaching the vehicle, you may find that the signal is causing the packet loss more than anything else especially if everything else is working good.

I'm not aware of any such QoS. You could use parental or access controls in the app to restrict it to only late at night when all abed.
