Leaving EE

Hello,

My contract for my broadband and landline ends on the 10th. My new provider will take over the line on the 20th. Will I still have broadband with EE until that point? Will I still be on the same tariff? My calls are included and I'm wondering if that will still apply until the new provider takes over. I really appreciate any help you can provide.

@Lk141 your broadband and landline will continue once you get your minimum term date it will not just terminate and that’s it.  What you will find though is that you’ll be charged the full cost of your tariff as you’re now out of contract so any discounts that you currently have on your contract get removed once you reach the minimum term date.   Once you changed to your new provider do you not just terminate your payment method with EE as EE will probably have to refund you some money.

What types of BB are you moving between?

Depending on that, normally your EE contract will be auto cancelled when your new ISP takes over your line & you will have no more to pay but, as advised, don't cancel your DD as you will likely get a rebate from you last bill paid in advance.
