Not with EE; you can only have landline with BB. You could with BT.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up => 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB => 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB => 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU => 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU => 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC => 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC => 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC => 2022: EE 80 Meg FTTC (no landline number)

With the PSTN closure due in a few years Landline only deals are getting scarcer these days. This article on cable.co.uk may help your decision.

What you should do, providing you have seen out your min. term for BB, is port your landline no. to a provider who does Landline Only, e.g. BT or Direct Save Telecom. That will auto cease your BB with EE with a 14-day notice period.

When the PTSN is closed in a few years time most providers will probably be providing a voice product in the form of VoIP supplied from a "dumb" BB router "box" that only does voice if you don't have BB yourself.
