Just a little concerned that they appear to be sending out automated emails when i have already go onto a new plan.Should i have any concerns that they sent out this email ? ,hoping that i do not get charged for my broadband twice.

Thanks-you would think with all our much vaunted technology that would not happen.But as my father told me 50 years ago,the more advanced things get,the more they go wrong.

@Clatterman You did well then getting a move from Essentials package to the new Core and also getting a lower price than the offer from EE at £35.99, so well done you! You can only keep an eye on the billing but you may have to allow the first one through as it may be a stop/start adjustment's etc to package pricing.
