Moved across from BT to EE today and looks like I am already regretting it as the website keeps flickering and not loading anything. I have looked but can't dfind any Live Chat Facility like there is on BT's website and as I am deaf live chat is my best option. Is there no chat facility on EE?

Thank you but as far as I can see that won't be of any help as it's just me here, I literally just want a facility wherew I can type to someone who types back and I may be wrong but none of those options have that.

@CAB68 So text relay is no good ?
Relay UK (Text relay)
Relay UK (previously Next Generation Text) helps deaf, speech-impaired, and hearing people talk to each other over the phone using the relay service.
To use it you’ll need the free Relay UK app, a compatible smartphone or tablet, and an internet connection.
Learn more about the Relay UK app
How it works
If you’re deaf or hard-of-hearing, an assistant types what the other person is saying so you can read their words in real time.
If speaking on the phone is difficult, you type the words and an assistant speaks them, so the other person can hear your words in real time.
Using a textphone
You can also still use a traditional textphone for Relay UK. How-to videos and guides are available on the Relay UK website.

Contacting EE
To get in touch with us directly using the Relay UK service, dial 18001 in front of the following long-dial number:
Costs and pricing
With an EE pay monthly or pay as you go plan, most Relay UK calls are either free or charged at your standard rate. Check the full price list for details.

Ill have a good read of it tomorrow and see if it's compatible with a Pc as that's generally what I use. Seems via phone you might incur charges if you are with a different provider. Not quite sure how it works so ill check the videos out. Thanks for your help.

Just a quick thanks to Chris B and Chris S (oddly I am a Chris B as well!!) I called EE and was inpressed with the clarity of the phone call and the person at the other end spoke slowly and clearly which was a great help. My issue is usually with head sets that echo etc but must say the call centre was very clear on this occasion, so thanks again for your help.
