Moved home this week so was unable to get internet out on till 17th I have a smart hub they sent me but internet keeps going off

If your BB isn't being installed until the 17th, it's probably still on the previous resident's BB & so your EE router won't work on it.

What is the name of the EE BB plan you have ordered there including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?
