Anyone else's broadband down this morning? EE app unhelpful, simply says unable to check it, but doesn't say why.

If you are on a New EE Broadband plan (with Essentials, All Rounder or Full Works in the plan name) you can text HELP to 66033 and this will run a check on your line.

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?
