They have cut me off even though they haven't taken payment and I can't pay them till Friday 21st March I'm on universal credit yet so I need to talk to a human not over the phone

If you're having difficulty paying your bill on time you need to contact CS urgently to come to a repayment arrangement - see Help if you can't pay your bill

@bobbyjferns93 You get cut off only after you have failed to pay the bill. EE bill you and then 7 days later take payment if that payment isn’t taken then EE will try and take payment again 7 days later if that payment isn’t taken then you get cut off for none payment. To restore your connection you need to make that payment.
If you have issues paying you need to call customer support beforehand so something can be sorted or you get cut off for breaking the T&Cs of the contract you agreed to honour each month until the minimum term
