I need to chance my contract

Hello! I have two weeks trying to call to the costumer service because I need to fix my contract. I suppose to have 12 months of contract and when we were doing it the page refresh and we finished with 24 months of it and we couldn't change it! 

As well I never get the advance of they will install something in my wall (open reach) and when my contract finish in my flat I need to fix the wall and return all this products, I need to call a private electrician or the company do for you? Thank you for any help!!

When & if you terminate your BB you leave the box on the wall, the OR ONT modem, for the next occupant. Just like you used to leave phone sockets.

Hi! Thank you for the response. I am afraid I can't leave it because the flat has one already (I thought that will be the one we need to use for the Wi-Fi) so my landlord is going to ask me to remove before to leave.

OR wouldn't install 2 ONTs in the same flat. You sure you don't mean an ONT & a BT phone socket?

 No, that it was we have from we moving. For that my landlord will we ask us to remove before to leave. So it's possible to know if I need to call the company in that case?
