@Clairebear2025 : I presume you had EE BB at your old place & you wanted to do a Home Move to your new place, but your wife got in ahead if you & ordered Sky BB for there. Is that so?
She needs to call Sky & cancel her BB order. If she ordered by phone or online she should have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after installation to cancel her order FoC. If she ordered in-store she has no such "change-of-mind" right.
