All fromEE not wireless plugged into normal electric plug socket

@Linda890 Take a look at the link below and say what you have from that? Link covers all the hubs and smart wireless booster mesh units that EE are currently supplying.

My router is…..smart hub SH31B
by the router is….smart hybrid connect HC10A
and I have 3 booster in different rooms….. smart WiFi SW30A
the Internet keeps dropping out I get onto EE they reset the router and it works for a couple of days and then drops out again. I’ve had an engineer out they’ve reset them I’ve had New boosters. Nothing seems to work

@Linda890 Everything you have model wise is correct and matching, when you say the Smart Wireless devices go offline, is it all off them and at the same time, and the EE HUB is still working fine so that the Internet is working!
If the EE Engineer visit did not sort it out WHAT did they say to you when the visit was carried out!
What is it that you see when you have the condition looking at the EE Hub first is it still an Aqua Light, then on the SW's what is the light status on them.... Linked below all about from the devices linked above again.
