I can't find my broadband account details - bills etc...

Welcome to the EE Community!

I'd love to see what we can do to help you get this sorted out, is it when logging in to your online account that you're unable to view these details?

If that's correct, what exactly can you see, and do you get any error messages in particular?

I cannot link my broadband account on the app, I cannot find my account number, or when using my home telephone number and enter my details it says they do not match. I suspect the details on the account have been set up incorrectly. The broadband works fine

@GerryCoppell If you do not have your broadband account number available please give us a call on 150 from an EE mobile or 0330 123 1105 from any phone and one of our guides can help get your broadband account linked to manage it online moving forward.

@DavidM45 If you have BB also and that is what you need to see, then you have to link it to your account.

If you log into the EE App and select 'Manage' at the bottom of the screen, is it giving you the option to either view or add your broadband account here?

Hi @Moe44,

Welcome to the EE Community

If you already have your Broadband linked up to your EE online account, login to the EE app on your phone, click Manage then Billing you should be able to see your Broadband bill. Or login to the EE website and select Manage then Bills and Payments. 

If your account is not linked up yet you would need to do that first. On the home page of the EE app or website scroll to the bottom where there is a Link a product button, click that and follow the steps to link an account up.
