I just moved from BT to EE I was promised a new EE hub now I find out I'm going to get stack with the old BT hub. Am thinking of living both of them a leopard never change it spots.
I complain to Bt over the years I was not getting what I was paying for they cut my speed down or it's a fault with my BT hub it's getting to the point where I feel to smashing it up it makes fill physically sick just looking at the Hub on my table with the letters BT.
I have complained to EE and they going to send me a new HUB but can't guaranty it's a EE so I a week to leave the two of them.
Can someone help

@altino1211 Nothing stopping you from purchasing your own router and using that. I very much doubt your speed was decreased because you made a complaint. Did you check your speed via a PC and using a Ethernet cable? If you testing this via WiFi there are all sorts of reasons the speed could be impacted.
out of curiosity what does your EE order say you’ll get ? This will list everything that the EE contract is giving you. The email is tilted “Thanked for choosing EE”

@altino1211 It's all documented, BT customer to an EE account, equipment is good enough to work then NO change to said items! If EE said you get new and that is up to however you did it, then will be documented on your order! The EE one will be the EE Smart Hub, its just the same as the BT Smarthub2 in an EE case so no different! Linked below for you!
