Hybrid connect issues

hybrid connect initial set up is fine but as soon as plug network cable to my household tena mesh system into main smart hub plus the hybrid connection drops out and flashes red. Has anyone solved this?

What hub are you using? How is the Hybrid Connect paired with the hub, wired or wirelessly? What port on the hub are you connecting the mesh system to and is it configured in access point mode?

Yes tenda mesh set up with primary in AP mode. S.art hybrid connect linked wireless to smart hybrid plus. Plugged tenda into port 1 or 2.

All sounds sensible. Not a problem I can say I've come across before. I'm wondering if the same happens with the Hybrid modem wired to the hub? If not, it would be interesting to know what happens if you wire Hybrid to hub, connect Tenda, then try pulling the ethernet cable from the Hybrid. In normal operation, it should repair wirelessly after a period of waiting.
