Hi there, I just connected by hybrid connect box to my router, the centre ring is Aqua so is successfully paired with the router. However the signal bars are all red, When logging into the admin console it states that there is no signal and the status is No Sim. Help please

@marcusmartin Most off the solutions to that are take (out and reinsert) the supplied sim with the Hybrid unit, if not that then it's a check with EE CS that they have activated that SPECIAL sim supplied with the EE/BT Hybrid! Also that you are indeed in an area with a good 4g signal!

@marcusmartin No problem as long as you have it working, give it a few hours for all your connections to settle, once it's all calmed down PULL your wan connection on the hub out, back of the router or off the wall connection whichever is easier for you, this will cause your Internet to go off on the router, take note off the time that your 4g hybrid takes before it picks up the Internet through it, run with it for about 10 mins making sure everything is good, speeds get well reduced so do not even consider that, when you are happy put the wan cable back on, EE router should pick up but you will still be on the 4g so time that before it all returns to normal operation. ((Figures i think like 5 minutes to pick up, 20 minutes to return!))
NO point off having a Hybrid if it does not work to give you the lifeline when you need it!!!! Links below if you need them.

@marcusmartin And this is kept separate, it is just NOT any old sim throw one in and expect it to work. Special and different programmed sim for operating in the Hybrid Unit, so one is led to believe!
