Did you mean:

Hub Manager; 192.168.1.254 ; connect & disconnect button ?

👋🏻

I had BT for 8 years, Plusnet before them, & I've just migrated to the EE branded-hub. To quickly & easily disconnect the hub, in order to change the IP address, there was an option in http://192.168.1.254/  (like in the plusnet screenshot.) All on one screen. Very quick.

With the new EE hub, I see the equivalent screen here;  http://192.168.1.254/AdvancedBroadbandScreen/internet ; but there’s no “connect/disconnect” choice.

I’m aware a restart, whether pressing the button on the hub or using the “restart the hub” in the 192.168.1.254 page, can generate a new IP, but it’s so slow compared to a simple “connect/disconnect.”

Is there nowhere on this EE hub manager to do a quick   “disconnect — connect”

Thanks for any info.

There is no Connect/Disconnect button on the EE SH+, only Restart the Hub as you have found, which as you say would be slower.
