Hello, I want to change broadband, I just want to be sure how to proceed correctly, because when I access the option to change the plan, it tells me that I am a new customer, while I already have a plan that I am currently using what is the correct procedure? do I have to continue with this new customer option?

@Adrian2494  I am not sure what you mean when you say you want to change broadband.

It may be best if you call the Broadband Care Team call 150 from an EE phone or 0800 079 8586 option 3.

When you Change your broadband plan  from your MyEE for BB you should arrive at a page headed "UPGRADE YOUR EE BROADBAND" where you may chose a BB plan.
