So I tried to process a home move and my current service is available at the new address but EE can’t supply it and will only give me a full works package at nearly double the cost!

a week later and over 3 hours on the phone I’m now told I can’t place an order without cancelling my tv package

have asked for complaints to be raised and received no contact

have already moved out and still paying for services

Please keep an eye out and I'm sure you'll hear something soon. 

When we pick up your complaint webform our team will always try at least 3 times to get in touch, so it will definitely be looked at.

was promised Friday a call yesterday regarding re-placing the home move order, nothing

still nothing on my complaint either!

I have called today, there is still an "issue" with my account which is preventing them processing the home move, and no update on my complaint.
