Had FFTP installed today 28 Feb tracking my order this morning it said the home hub delivery was delayed but I can no longer track my order since the account was made live? EE guide said to ring so I tried but I'm not sitting in a 10minute queue, its been 7 days since I signed up so whats the delay? I'm now paying for something that is not working
