I tried to order home broadband online however it’s got declined. I have no had an email with my contract using and monthly bill. Please can you confirm if this has come through. If it hasn’t then please can you confirm no money will be taken my bank account

This is not customer service, we have no idea who you are, there is no account access.

You will have to ring customer service, but you write that your order for home broadband has been declined, so if that is the case no money will have been taken.
