Hi my broadband and landlines bill is very high

@mnkhan381 Have you now finished your 24 month period with all discount's for both Broadband and Landline coming to the end, after ending discounts are all removed and you go to full price, and you also had the 1st Apr increase. HTH

I would contact EE and see if you are out of contract as @JimM11  has mentioned
Also you can have a look at what you are paying for and see if there are any savings which can be made.
