I SWITCHED FROM SKY BROADBAND TO EE. EE HAVE SAID THAT THEY WILL CREDIT MY ACCOUNT FOR SWITCHING IN 28 DAYS HOW DO I FIND OUT IF THE MONEY HAS BEEN ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT
