HNo Fibre Confirmation Email

Hi,

I ordered fibre 1.6gb this morning over the phone but am yet to receive a confirmation email, I've checked spam/junkto no avail

When I sign into my profile, I don't see any mention of the package I ordered.

Is there normally a delay for confirmation emails to come through?

No nothing yet just checked my spam and inbox again, no emails from ee.

My profile also has no linked products on website or app. I ordered originally over the phone. Should I just try to reorder it online?
