I moved from plusnet to ee at the beginning of the year. I've been unable to see my bills or check why my broadband is slow as I can't register for the app.
Whenever I try to link the broadband account it says the billing details don't match and asks me to ring a phone number.
After multiple levels of menus and AI's telling me stuff I already know I manage to get it to ring through to an adviser. Nine times out ten it just rings and rings.
I can't spend more than 20 minutes or so waiting for someone to answer so generally I don't get any further.
Twice I've managed to speak to someone and both times they say they've fixed the problem (something to do with my date of birth) and I'll be able to login within 24 hours but nothing changes. I still can't use the app.
For so many things the only method seems to be using the app which is impossible for me currently.
Is there any way to actually speak to a human being that doesn't involved endless waiting in phone queues with no idea where I am in the queue or even if I'm in the right queue?

@AdrianM99 Text the word GUIDE to 66033, sit back and wait for the call.
