Did you mean:

Flat Next Door has FTTP available but mine doesn't.

As the post says, This all comes from the same cabinet and comes from a central location within our flat building.

Tried to sort this a few times to no avail.

I have been told I may need to submit an ORDI. Has anyone does this and has it worked?

ORDI stands for Openreach Data Integrity check.

Before phoning customer services check that your address registered with EE matches exactly the Royal Mail address checker https://www.royalmail.com/find-a-postcode

@awalliams   also is there a phone line installed already in your flat, or is this a recent conversion?

If so is your number recognised, or is your address recognised on the BTW DSL checker?

If not, you will need a new install, which will involve an Openreach survey.
