Flashing Aqua light - previously flashing red

Seems like a local cabinet was crashed into. Broadband was out for many customers on our street, for BT, EE, others except Virgin. It was out most of Tuesday, back late Tuesday night, out again Wednesday morning, then back again later, until Friday evening.

 

Since Friday, yesterday the lights were mostly flashing red, now they’re flashing aqua. I’ve tried a thirty seconds or so cold boot of the box a few times, but each time it comes back to flashing aqua.

 

A fault has been logged, but they’re not yet aware I’ve switched to flashing aqua lights. Thanks.

Still not resolved yet, with BT Openreach to fix I think. According to a neighbour it’s due to be fixed by tonight. That’s what their ISP told them.

It still seems to be down. I tried restarting the Smart Hub again this morning and the lights came back to flashing aqua again after switching to green indicating the device had restarted.
