20th February 2025 I decided to switch from Sky to EE.
The change over was due to take place on 6th March 2025.
No internet as they are blaming open reach ??
EE have now opened a case for me so I can have broadband which was working excellent through Sky. Now I have to wait up to 10 days for engineer to visit box in street.
I’m tempted to rejoin Sky as I find this service by EE a total disaster and I haven’t even started with them.

@Pnalyd7 Open reach are at fault. It’s also open reach who take care of your sky broadband line.

There was no need to open 2 duplicate threads. You had an hour to edit the title of the 1st.

What type of BB are you switching between Sky & EE? What is the name of the EE BB plan you have ordered including its speed?

@Pnalyd7 Did you cancel your Sky services, or did you only speak to EE to order the transfer?
Given the timings it seems likely you cancelled with Sky, meaning that other suppliers cannot take over your line until the cancellation period is over.
