Error Message in Connecting Roon Server

I have set up a Roon server, using a MAC Pro. I am getting an error message concerning my EE broadband's ability to connect the Roon ARC app on my iPhone with the Roon server. This is the screenshot:

The error message is:

Any suggestions for fixing this problem? Not too technically challenging language would be greatly appreciated!
