Error Every Time I Log In For Deals?

Everytime I log into the Broadband Offers Page - I get this error. It’s been doing it for weeks!

Does anyone know how to fix? Or is it having to call?

I currently have 4 Sim Only’s with EE and wanted to add the 1.6Gb broadband package.

Hi,

I rang sales and they had no idea what a “Smart Hub Pro” was - so unfortunately wasn’t any help.

A Smart Hub Pro is the next version of EE router, said to incorporate WiFi-7 & 2.5 Gig LAN ports. It is rumoured to be made available / sold to some users anytime variously from tomorrow until Dec. '24 if not later.
