Does anyone know how to determine when my contract ends using my account only? I do not wish to talk to anyone on the telephone. Thanks, Kevi

EE will email you when your min. term is coming up. It's 14 days notice to cancel for BB.

@kevihatchell It may not be possible for you to see on your account, as this depends on account type, normal period is 24 months, did you receive an e-mail when you opened your package, you do not state, broadband or mobile, and some mobile contracts are only monthly. HTH

@kevihatchell you only ned to tell EE if you are moving to a supplier that does not use the Openreach network - ie Virgin Media or any of the new fibre suppliers.
If you do tell EE and you stay on the Openreach network, it will delay your new supplier.

Log on to EE and click on plans and subscriptions (top right) then scroll down to mobile or broadband etc and click "manage" and it should come up with your PLAN , COST and CONTRACT END DATE
