Does anyone know how to determine when my contract ends using my account only?  I do not wish to talk to anyone on the telephone.  Thanks, Kevi

@kevihatchell It may not be possible for you to see on your account, as this depends on account type, normal period is 24 months, did you receive an e-mail when you opened your package, you do not state, broadband or mobile, and some mobile contracts are only monthly. HTH

Hi

It’s a broadband contract and I think it’s coming to an end soon, although
I would like to know a month before so as I can look elsewhere and also
give EE a months notice.

Thanks

Kevi

@kevihatchell  you only ned to tell EE if you are moving to a supplier that does not use the Openreach network - ie Virgin Media or any of the new fibre suppliers.

If you do tell EE and you stay on the Openreach network, it will delay your new supplier.

Thank you so much
