Today I received a threatening email from EE saying if I did not renew my broadband contract they would remove my discount. As my contract term was removed due to the busiest home service being not fit for purpose what are they going to do now? There is no way I am going to renew a contract for a service that does not work as promised. I do not like being threatened like this.
What discount are they going to remove? I pay £64.99pm for busiest home and I get £20 EE One discount on my mobile.

Hi @tnj
Discounts are dependent on your contract and terms and conditions. As this is not the correct forum for your grievance then I suggest you complain here: https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/complaint
Alternatively speak to EE CS on 150.
Thanks

@tnj I pay £64.99pm for busiest home and i think £79.99 is the going rate out off contract!
Don't think the EE One is affected as you are still a Broadband customer, but the info below.
If you cancel your EE broadband plan, you will no longer be an EE One customer and all EE Mobile benefits will be removed. Savings based on the cost of identical EE SIM plans to non-EE One members.
