I have repeatedly tried to merge my phone and broadband with no success. It takes me to a faulty page and any broadband query is met with "broadband is not available in your area ( well miracles do happen as I've had it for over 5 years)
As my contract expires soon(£27 monthly) EE offers me the only service available @£70monthly.
Confused ? Well you should be.

@hawkeye471 : These BB contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the non-discounted price on a rolling 14-days' notice basis until you explicitly migrate, cancel or upgrade.

Thanks for the unnecessary lesson in irrelevant jargon. This is about an app that hasn't really worked for years.

Your OP wasn't entirely about the app. I addressed the bit about your contract "expiring". You don't need to take the expensive offered service. You may continue as you are.
