@Jvuitton1980 : You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form .

Do you mean 90 Mbps BB speed or 90 of something else? What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?

Im on the pro 900mbs , and its meant to be the minimum of 700mbs.

Im getting 80mbs and the highest 180mbs. I shouldn't be paying for this. Actually my friend just said its going on 3 weeks.

It's as slow as a snail 🐌.  It takes forever for a page to open.

Not only that its taken  8 months fix my ee app. To be honest with you. Im exhausted with EE at the moment.

It started off amazing and then little cracks, leaded to bigger cracks.

Im not being a pest here. I desperately need support from them. Im a human being , and don't want to be treated like a walk over or getting thrown thrown,  from one department to another.

Not once has the technical team contacted me in 8 months.

I don't actually think its the name EE. It's the staff keep saying the wrong things to me. Sending me to wrong departments,  getting promised of emails and nothing ever comes from it.

Their staff need proper training in professionalism and to be knowledgeable in their customer support.

I was on the phone to a member of staff and I swear she was chewing gum and taking to someone else , while she thought I was on silent.

I could not believe it. It must have been a friend as the industrial language was so inappropriate I nearly melted on the phone.

She then realised I was listening saying " I was just asking a colleague,  if tech could email you "

She thought I zipped up the back. I was more appalled.

So, when I contact EE, I have low expectations from the staff. Im sure there are good staff, but the crap ones are unbelievable.

Anyway, I could go on and on, as I have a list, but I won't keep you're time.

NB: I really do want to emphasise on customer advisors and transferring you from one department to another and when you are back to the same department, the cycle commences once again. I've never been so insulted in my life, with these advisors.  I mean talking to friends when meant to be making a referral for myself. Absolutely 💯 % disgusted.

Hi @Jvuitton1980

Those speeds are they over wifi or connected via ethernet to the router.
