EE smart hub plus issues

Hello everyone.  Having major issues with the new Smart hub plus on WiFi. The connection drops out loads and takes a long time to kick back in. Ethernet is fine as I have sky glass connected and that never drops out. So I think the issue is with the WiFi and not the core connection into the house. 

anybody got any suggestions on whether there’s a firmware upgrade coming?

hello all. 

Has anybody else had any issues with the EE smart hub plus? 

since joining from migration from BT about 6 weeks ago the WiFi has been very hit and miss. It drops out a lot on my devices even when in close range. 
the Ethernet connection is fine as I’ve got sky glass and that never drops out. So I believe the issue is only with the WiFi. 

I work from home so I am considering moving to another company as I cannot cope with it.  Every time I phone they do checks on the line and say there’s no fault, which I know is the case as the line has a strong 900mbs connection. It’s this hub that’s the issue
