I have two Home Phone devises which should connect to the hub using the home router's WiFi . Only one of these instruments is connecting the other has an error message "no link to the hub" and does not list a means of registering the phone. How do i do this?
When i tried to use this phone both phones had this problem but the first one i registered works ok, but not the second.
I have spent at least 2 hours trying to find this issue on EE's help system but have found nothing relevent.

@gez-jam What are the make off the phones you are talking about, have you watched the video on device connection, also the help for connecting phones?

We sometimes get this issue. Resolve it by physically switching off the affected handset and switching back on. But I’m assuming you’ve already tried this.

@gez-jam Also be aware that the phone's do not use the wi-fi off the router in any way, as they operate on the dect frequency, and sometimes has been reported that the rechargeable batteries when weak cause sync issues, but that mainly happens when call ringing kicks the hand sets out!
