These clowns just sent a email saying i owe 44 quid for this months bill when im 363.00 in credit due to a **bleep** they did last year do these **bleep** know what **bleep**ing day it is i need a email address as im away on business for 1 month anyone know any

@davem5bmw In theory with the credit applied, and billing carrying on as normal, working it's way down to zero balance you would not have had any outgoing payments to EE until it goes past the negative zero point. The only EE E-Mail is to complaints but that may actually have changed operation now to text to them, will link below and let you document as needed.

There is no email you will need to call to discuss it.

Without knowing what you've been sent and owe, I assume you still owe EE £44 for the month, so EE will bill you for this, and should take it out of any credit that your account has. Does the PDF of the bill show this?
