EE App shows Full Fibre is here - Yet when upgrading only getting FTTC plans

As per title:

Is this a mismatch between the app and online account as when I follow Upgrade Now I only get presented with FTTC plans not full fibre.

There has been recent activity by a company called Comm Plex laying fibre and installing CBT's on poles both near my home & outside it (image below of the CBT outside my property).

Comm Plex seem to be doing this on behalf of Openreach.  The image below is a 4 port CBT, where I live it would only serve 4 or 5 addresses as there are other nearby poles with CBT's on them for the other properties.

I have checked Openreach and they show only they are building in the next 12 months even though a majority of the area is a Full Fibre area,

The big one next to it is a Virgin Media Fibre CBT

@XRaySpeX  Correct ☺️ not showing on the BT checker, sure I read in this community that it updates on a Friday.

Openreach website does show full fibre, checked with 1 or 2 competitors where I can order Full Fibre on the Openreach network.  Just a case of checking back with EE in a few days.

@XRaySpeX  Bit of a further update, so essentially back to square one, App & online account shows "Woohoo! Full Fibre is here.

Click "upgrade now" and only get presented with part fibre packages.

Until "WBC FTTP" appears in the BT Checker you won't get it from EE or any other OR-based ISP no matter what their own websites say.
