Duplicate EE WiFi Extender 7 Pros Visible in EE App

I have the EE WiFi 7 (Smart Hub model SH40J), this comes with a WiFi Extender Pro 7 (Smart WiFi model SW4OJ)

I have run through the set up of the hub, pairing it with app installed on my iPhone 14 Pro  and then walked through the set up of the WiFi Extender. All paired and looks good.

I then move the WiFi extender as it stated in the app that it was "too close", so I unplug it and position it in a different area of my house. After doing that I now have two extenders in my devices list on the app. One with no signal but all my device connected to it, but i cant control it (hub lights or rename it etc) and the other which I can control, it does have a good signal but no devices?

Ive been through several calls with EE, logged cases with them via chat but nothing seems to work to remove the duplicate extender.

I have logged out of the app, deleted the app, rebooted both my iPhone and the hub and WiFI extender, reinstalled the latest verison of the app, re paired to the hub, but I still get the two extenders?

The only fix is to fully reset both hub and extender to factory defaults. However the issue then is, when I attempt to set up the extender in the new location (IE not too close to the main hub) the WPS pairing never works.

I find it weird that EE do not provide the option for "move extender" or "delete extender" in the app or even on the browser version of the hub manager.

Anyone else faced this or know of a fix?
